These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dhyyanalux.com, including every calculator, tool, article, and other content made available on it (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site Is

CalcAssist provides free, no-registration calculators and educational articles about mortgages, refinancing, home affordability, and insurance. The Site is informational. We do not sell insurance or loans, we do not accept applications, and we do not act as your agent, broker, or lender.

We may add, change, or remove calculators, articles, or other parts of the Site at any time without notice.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

Everything on the Site is general information, not advice tailored to your situation. Our results are estimates produced by standard formulas and publicly available average data. They are not an offer, a quote, a pre-approval, or a guarantee of any rate, premium, or loan term.

Rates, premiums, and lending criteria change frequently and depend on factors we cannot see — your credit profile, your state, your provider, and your full financial picture. 3. Your Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Site or its content, or use automated tools that place excessive load on it;
• copy, republish, or resell our calculators, articles, or data as your own;
• attempt to interfere with, bypass, probe, or compromise the security of the Site;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• present results from the Site as an offer, quote, or approval issued by a lender or insurer.

4. Estimates, Accuracy, and Availability

We build our calculators around standard industry formulas and publicly available average data, and we work to keep them accurate and current. Even so, we cannot promise that every number, rate, or article is complete, current, or free of error. Estimates are only as good as the inputs and the averages behind them.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, calculator logic, graphics, and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are welcome to link to the Site and to quote short passages with clear attribution. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.

6. Third-Party Content, Links, and Advertising

The Site contains links to third-party websites and displays advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, including the content of any advertisement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
