Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Seasonal subscription boxes ship on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July, October). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (US)
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Flat $6.95 for orders under $75. Delivery in 3-5 business days. Express shipping available at checkout ($18.50, 1-2 business days).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Typical delivery is 7-21 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Digital Products
App access and course enrollment are delivered instantly via email. No shipping required. Course materials are accessible through your account dashboard immediately after purchase.
Order Tracking
Track your order through your account dashboard or via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. International orders may have limited tracking in certain regions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement at no cost. Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.
