How does the seasonal box work?
Each quarter, we analyze your elemental profile alongside the current season’s energy emphasis. We select 3 crystals matched to your weakest element for that season. The box includes a ritual guide, physical ritual card, and Qi Protocol App access. Subscription is $49/quarter, cancel anytime.
Do I need a diagnosis before buying products?
We strongly recommend completing the free diagnosis first. Products are matched to your elemental needs. Without a diagnosis, you are buying decoration. With one, you are buying calibrated energy tools. The diagnosis is free and takes 2 minutes.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
Birth time determines your Hour Pillar. If you are unsure, use your best estimate. The Year, Month, and Day Pillars will still be accurate. You can update your birth time later and re-run the diagnosis.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No fees, no questions. Your current box will still ship if you cancel after it has been processed.
Are the crystals ethically sourced?
Yes. We source from suppliers who provide documentation on mining conditions and labor practices. Each crystal comes with an origin card. If we cannot verify ethical sourcing, we do not carry the stone.
When will the mobile app launch?
The Qi Protocol App is in development and scheduled for Phase 2 launch (Months 4-12 after site launch). It will include daily ritual tracking, wearable integration, and AI energy coaching. Web-based tracking is available now.
